requirements-gathering workshops
with HR teams across Europe to define functional and non-functional needs for Oracle HCM. Translate business requirements into
detailed functional specifications
, including process workflows, data mappings, and integration rules. Support local teams in defining
data dictionaries
and mapping legacy HR data for migration. Configure and parameterize
Oracle HCM modules
according to approved functional designs. Prepare comprehensive
functional documentation
, including user manuals, configuration guides, and training materials. Design and execute
test scenarios
for data migration and system integrations, particularly with local payroll and third-party HR tools. Support
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
, including anomaly tracking, resolution coordination, and sign-off facilitation. Collaborate closely with integration and project management teams to ensure end-to-end solution consistency.
