IT-Tech Recruiter & Talent Acquisition

At Qaracter, we are expanding our Talent Acquisition team and looking for a Recruiter with experience in sourcing and selecting IT profiles — and ideally, exposure to financial or banking roles.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT and technology-related roles (sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing offers).

Conduct interviews in English and Spanish.

Support recruitment for financial and banking profiles (nice to have).

Qualifications & Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, ideally for IT roles (software, infra, data, cloud...).
• High level of English (B2–C1) — essential for interviews and daily communication.
• Experience recruiting in consulting, tech, or banking environments is a plus.
• Access to training and certifications.
