Applaudable is redesigning what social media should be—centered on meaning, not metrics. We’re building a platform for people to recognize, preserve, and share the moments that actually matter.

We’re looking for a UX / UI Designer who leads with design but owns the full product process. You’ll be the design owner and the product lead—shaping strategy, driving user experience, validating ideas, and delivering beautifully executed UI. This is a rare role at the intersection of product leadership and hands-on design.

What you’ll lead :

• UX design & validation – Own flows, wireframes, and prototypes; drive user clarity and testing
• UI design – Deliver clean, on-brand, mobile-first design across all user-facing surfaces
• Product planning – Shape the roadmap and break down vision into user-centered features
• Feature ideation & optimization – Lead design thinking for new ideas and refine existing ones
• Design systems – Evolve and scale a cohesive design language across surfaces
