You will be responsible for leading Organisational Change Management planning and the successful adoption of Informatics products and solutions.
Responsibilities :
- Create strategies to inform and empower impacted audiences for IT-driven changes. Partner with key stakeholders to influence organizational behavior change and ensure compliance.
- Design innovative communication campaigns for complex topics. Simplify and streamline communication processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on function-specific communication strategies for complex IT changes.
- Advise on project, portfolio, and annual communication plans, selecting optimal channels and media to keep IT and business groups informed.
- Manage end-to-end user communication strategies and oversee their execution.
- Identify training needs, analyze results, and develop or improve learning programs accordingly.
- Partner with domains, product lines, and change strategy leads to assess training needs and define content criteria.
- Manage activities related to designing, preparing, delivering, and assessing IT training programs, ensuring seamless delivery and content accuracy.
- Develop training materials in various formats (visual guides, presentations, videos) that are relevant and easy to understand.
- Engage audiences using Change Management models (e.g., ADKAR, Lewis) to facilitate effective knowledge transfer and adoption.
- Review and update learning content regularly; develop methods to evaluate program effectiveness.
- Apply organisational change management concepts to high-impact communication plans involving behaviour change.
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
- Manage resistance to communication plans and build awareness to foster change adoption and advocacy.
- Provide strategic input on content and topics for IT training at your organisation.
- Partner with domain and product leads, and advise on resource management to optimise efficiencies.
- Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across teams, inspiring and engaging a diverse workforce.
- Communicate complex ideas clearly at all organisational levels, including presentations and written content.
- Manage projects efficiently, multitasking in a shifting environment, and proactively addressing needs.
- Partner with clients to understand needs and build effective relationships.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and translate technical jargon into simple, user-facing communications and training.
- Apply change management practices and instructional design methodologies.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in English.
- A Master's degree or equivalent in a related field.
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience in Organisational Change Management.
