Development Team Leader

As a multinational corporation, we have over 20,000 employees worldwide and a strong presence in Europe. Our European Marketing Center in Vitoria-Gasteiz is seeking a talented professional to join our dynamic marketing team.

The ideal candidate will lead and manage the development team to ensure timely delivery of software solutions. Key responsibilities include planning, prioritizing, and managing development projects to meet business requirements, timelines, and budget constraints.

We are looking for a skilled individual with IT and management experience. Required qualifications include fluency in English, good communication skills, and proficiency in office computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

The successful candidate will also possess team working capabilities, a proactive attitude towards learning and progression, creativity, and flexibility to work in a multinational marketing environment.
