RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Cyber Security DevSecOps specialist, your role will be to assist our DevOps teams in ensuring that our digital products are secure by design :

  • Play an active role in improving the cyber-security maturity within the digital solutions environment.
  • Foster a security mindset among colleagues and provide hands-on support, advice, training, and explanations of the benefits of proper cyber-security measures.
  • Explore the historically developed application landscape of one of the largest chemical companies, working with product teams to develop pragmatic approaches for integrating security controls.
  • Help promote ideas and adopt new technologies such as AI to enhance cyber security and prevent cyber-attacks proactively.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • You hold a degree in cyber-security, computer science, or informatics, supported by practical experience in application development and application security.
  • Your background includes expertise in DevSecOps and Cloud security, with a particular emphasis on Kubernetes.
  • You are familiar with application security tools such as SAST, DAST, SCA, as well as container security solutions and code repositories like GitHub, GitLab, and Azure DevOps.
  • You possess strong oral communication skills and interpersonal capabilities, enabling you to influence decisions effectively, advocate for new ideas, adopt emerging technologies such as AI, and build trust-based relationships with various international stakeholders focused on fulfilling clients' needs and requirements.
  • You handle complex compliance and business issues with transparency, strong engagement, and flexibility.
  • You have experience in conducting security assessments, managing risks, and securing legacy applications.
  • Certifications like CEH, CISM, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, GSEC, or DevSecOps certification are advantageous.
