Key Role : Senior Python Developer

Mission Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Python Full-Stack Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have experience in front-end development, proficiency in Python, and a strong background in designing stateful migration workflows.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in GenAI-powered code translation pipelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet project goals.
  • Maintain and optimize RAG applications for efficient pattern recognition.
  • Build and maintain FastAPI-based microservices that orchestrate the migration workflow.
  • Implement RAG systems using LangChain / Langgraph / LlamaIndex for contextual code understanding.

Mandatory Skills :

  • 5+ years of Python development experience.
  • Proficiency in front-end development (React) for building migration dashboards and progress monitoring interfaces.
  • Experience with vector embeddings and embedding models.
  • Knowledge of graph databases and vector database implementation for semantic search.
  • Ability to design and implement stateful workflows for complex migration scenarios.

    • Nice-to-Have Skills :

  • Async programming patterns for handling concurrent migration tasks.
  • Pydantic for robust data validation in migration pipelines.
  • Building agents for code analysis and implementing custom tools for mainframe-specific transformations.
