We’re expanding – and this time, we’re building from the ground up in Valencia.

After two years of remote growth across Europe, AJ Group is opening a brand-new office in Valencia – and we’re looking for ambitious individuals to grow with us.

This role is ideal for someone starting their career in recruitment or looking to transition into a new industry, with in-person support, training, and clear progression in a fast-growing, international recruitment business.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll join as a Recruitment Associate , supporting and learning from experienced consultants in either :

• Chemicals
• Life Sciences
• Renewables

Your role will grow over time, but initially you’ll :
