We are looking for our next Collections Team Lead! The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of collection specialists, ensuring that all collections activities are conducted successfully and that customer inquiries and issues are resolved promptly and effectively.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the collections process, including monitoring delinquent accounts, contacting customers for payment, and negotiating payment plans.
  • Ensuring collections KPIs are met or exceeded
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of collections specialist representatives.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement strategies for performance improvement.
  • Develop and implement collection strategies to minimize bad debt and improve cash flow.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and inquiries.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and ensure satisfactory resolution.
  • Prepare regular reports on collections performance e.g. including aging reports, collection rates
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize collections and helpdesk operations.
  • Lead by example & never stop improving

    • Requirements :

  • 2+ Years Professional Experience experience as Collection Team Lead.
  • A bachelor’s degree in related field or industry.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in a large scale global start-up.
  • Medium level in Excel.
