What is it like to be a Maintenance Planner at DHV Technology?
As a Maintenance Planner at DHV Technology, you will play a vital role in planning and coordinating preventive and predictive maintenance activities for our manufacturing equipment. Your focus will be on minimizing unplanned downtime and ensuring regulatory compliance through effective maintenance strategies and documentation. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and warehouse to support efficient and reliable operations.
Responsibilities :
Your main responsibilities will include :
Develop and update preventive and predictive maintenance plans based on equipment manuals, failure history, criticality analysis, and applicable regulations. Coordinate weekly and monthly maintenance schedules with production and quality departments.
Manage the full life cycle of work orders in the CMMS :
creation, assignment, follow-up, and closure. Ensure proper documentation and accurate tracking of execution times.
Work with the technical warehouse to ensure necessary spare parts and materials are available. Suggest minimum stock levels for critical components.
Analyze key maintenance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, equipment availability) and support the implementation of corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure that all maintenance activities meet health, safety, and environmental regulations. Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and equipment histories.
Collaborate with maintenance technicians, process engineers, and external providers. Provide technical support during internal and external audits related to maintenance and reliability.
