Broker Relatonship Leader

Overview

Broker Relationship Leader role at Zurich Insurance. This position sits in the Customer and Distribution Management (CDM) area of CI Spain, a cross-functional role with exposure to external brokers and internal teams, including underwriting, operations, and claims, and coordination with the global Zurich Distribution team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the relationship with assigned brokers (organize interactions, prioritize according to the strategy)
• Monitor and resolve ongoing issues
• Coordinate with internal teams involved in assignments
• Act as the main contact between brokers and Zurich and respond to and channel broker requests
• Identify cross-sell and new business opportunities
• Address potential conflicts
• Keep information updated to ensure effective broker management
