This position is part of the People Operations team, responsible for providing day-to-day support services to employees in EMEA. Key responsibilities include handling onboarding and offboarding processes, benefits, payroll, and immigration matters. Additionally, this role will support global and regional People & Culture programs, annual performance reviews, and other projects.

The successful candidate will be based in Madrid, reporting to the Operations Manager. As an Operations Associate, you will provide first-line support and serve as a culture ambassador for our employees, ensuring they receive the best employee experience throughout their journey with the company.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide timely solutions to employee requests or questions through various channels;
  • Support the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and job change processes;
  • Draft and store employment contracts, addendums, letters, and other employee documents per local language and form requirements;
  • Maintain HR system records and process transactions as required;
  • Perform data analysis, reporting, and regular data governance checks;
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations across the region;
  • Maintain and update internal policies and procedures as needed;
  • Support monthly payroll processes by organizing and providing data, documents, and solutions on an ongoing basis;
  • Collaborate with the team to gather, store, and share knowledge and best practices.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in an international corporate environment. Proficiency in English and Spanish is essential, with additional European languages being a plus. Prior experience with HR tools such as Workday HCM or ServiceNow would be beneficial. A strong interest in core HR topics such as employment law, benefits, or payroll is also desirable.
