Global Process Owner Credit Risk Management & Net Working Capital Specialist - Full Time - Madrid, Spain

We are looking for a Global Process Owner Credit Management & Net Working Capital Specialist to join our GF_Finance & Controlling, Accounting team in Spain.

Your main tasks and responsibilities :

  • Lead transformation initiatives in credit management field
  • Lead assessment and design of credit management technology supporting multiple ERPs, including the definition of standard SAP credit management template together with IT and key users.
  • Formulate and propose changes to the existing global credit management framework where appropriate or where needed to operationalize the framework.
  • Identify and implement automation to current credit management process.
  • Track and report progress of the implementation process
  • Support in establishment of a central credit management team for the support of the local legal entities
  • Assess and manage global service contracts for credit management (e.g., external credit rating agencies)
  • Evaluate high value credit limit requests and provide recommendation to Division CFOs and Group CFO
  • Support Head Group Finance in trade finance projects and initiatives
  • Support Head Group Trade Finance in Net Working Capital projects and initiatives
  • Independently manage complex projects

To succeed in this role, you will need :

  • Degree in Finance or Economics is a plus.
  • Minimum 6 years in a similar role, ideally with functional knowledge of implementing credit modules in SAP and M365
  • Solid knowledge of Order to Cash processes, understanding of Procure to Pay processes desired.
  • Experience in industrial company preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to deliver key insights to leadership, collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to drive structured solutions, and comfortable working with a level of independence.
  • Fluency in English
