We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior NetSuite System Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and the NetSuite platform, focusing on analyzing requirements, optimizing system configurations, and supporting integrations. The ideal candidate is a strong problem-solver with an analytical mindset who can translate complex business needs into effective, scalable NetSuite solutions that align with our overall strategy.

What a Day In The Life Looks Like

• Requirements & Analysis : Conduct in-depth business needs analysis across functions and translate them into actionable NetSuite specifications.
• Configuration & Optimization : Configure NetSuite to meet business needs, including custom records, fields, workflows, and forms.
• Integration Support : Collaborate with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow between NetSuite and other systems (e.g. CRM, HRIS, CSM).
• Support & Training : Provide expert-level support to users, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training as needed.
• Process Improvement & Documentation : Recommend improvements to business processes and maintain detailed documentation of configurations and changes.
• Project & Testing Coordination : Lead NetSuite projects, coordinate testing and UAT, manage issue resolution, and support system maintenance activities.
