We are looking for a HR Operations Specialist, to be based in Madrid. The company focuses in energy infrastructure.
Main duties include :
- Personnel administration and payroll management for over 200 employees in more than 6 countries.
- Manage the Compensation & Benefits team (2 people) and vendors.
- Lead the design & implementation of company policies,
- Monitor HR systems & databases (turnover, recruitment, budget, workforce planning, employee development)
- Report periodically to Management an in-depth analysis about the development of HR activities and personnel development.
- Onboarding & Offboarding.
