Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the companys technology vision aligned with business objectives.
- Lead and expand the engineering function : recruitment mentoring and process building.
- Guarantee platform scalability resilience and security.
- Introduce architectural improvements and drive technical innovation.
- Partner with product and commercial teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Mitigate risks associated with high-load systems and high-risk fintech environments.
- Supervise software quality CI / CD flows monitoring systems and incident response.
Qualifications
7 years in software engineering including 3 years in a senior leadership role (CTO / Head of Engineering / Tech Director).Background in fintech or high-risk verticals.Strong track record in designing and scaling high-load platforms.Hands-on experience with PHP Docker / Kubernetes and AWS.Proficiency with relational and non-relational databases caching and messaging systems (MySQL Redis RabbitMQ).Experience managing CI / CD pipelines.Strategic decision-making skills balancing technical and business needs.Excellent leadership and people management abilities with a focus on culture.English : Upper-Intermediate or above.What We Offer
