We’re looking for a passionate, experienced Scrum Master to join our growing team in Barcelona. You’ll play a critical role in enabling agile, high-performing teams working on AI and data products.

As Scrum Master, you’ll support multiple squads through agile ceremonies, continuous improvement, and delivery alignment. You’ll act as a servant leader and coach – helping your team stay focused, unblock progress, and work in an adaptive, collaborative way.

Essential Skills :

• 3+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience working with cross-functional product, UX, and engineering teams
• Proficient in Jira and Confluence
• Skilled facilitator and communicator, able to influence without authority
• Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments
• Fluent in English
• Hybrid role based in Barcelona 2–3 times per week in office
• 6 month freelance / contract opportunity
• Approx 350-400EUR per day / 50k - 60k per annum
