Position Title : Area Sales Manager
Reporting To : Sales Director / Deputy Sales Director
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed targets, analyzing market dynamics to inform strategies.
- Collaborate with distributors to refine sales approaches and pursue new projects.
- Manage key accounts, fostering relationships with senior decision-makers to boost sales.
- Conduct marketing research to understand regional potential, competition, and customer needs.
- Expand market presence by identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
- Engage in trade shows and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
- Support agents with order processing, logistics, and after-sales service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and market regulations.
- Provide market insights and forecast sales revenues, preparing regular reports
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications :
Minimum 3 years of sales or marketing experience in the medical device industry.Familiarity with the hospital medical device market, with experience in collaborating with hospitals and medical schools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building good relationships with high-level decision-makers.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Prior experience in organizing medical shows and academic conferences is a plus.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields preferred.
