What You Can Expect :

• Drive global ocean freight product initiatives from strategy to execution.
• Lead cross-functional product development including business processes, wireframes, and validation.
• Coordinate with development teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Establish SOPs, policies, and global standards in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Develop KPIs and performance reporting (e.g., in Qlik Sense) to improve data quality and transparency.
• Conduct user research, manage internal / external feedback, and lead A / B testing and pilot programs.
• Align with rollout teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution.
• Guide and support team members, fostering effective collaboration and resolving blockers.
• Continuously improve products based on user insights and business needs.
