Job Description

The Customer Care Flexible Specialist we are looking for speaks excellent German and French (or German + other European languages), he is ready to be the front line of customer support in our European CS team for the Germand and French market.The main mission of the Customer Care Flexible Specialist is to guarantee that customers feel constantly guided and supported in every interaction with CHEP . The customer Care Flexible specialist is responsible for delivering and excellent Customer Experience by monitoring and playing a role in all areas related to responsiveness to customer and service through the whole customer journey. The perfect candidate has excellent communication skills.
