Your Functions

  • Setup / edit all master vendor records for FCNA companies.
  • Invoice posting including employee expense reimbursements and intercompany transactions.
  • Assist with monthly monitoring of the accounts payable aging reports.
  • Provide accounting assistance to project teams; respond to AP and financial questions / concerns to meet the business needs.
  • Assist in reconciling vendors across multiple accounts.
  • Manage inquiries from vendors which includes research; resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues.
  • Help and assist with providing supporting documentation for audits.

Position Requisites

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or similar discipline.
  • Languages : English : C1 level written and spoken.
  • Experience : 1-2 years working in a Shared Service Center environment.
  • Skills : Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other proprietary software. Good knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), AP processes and controls, as well as demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Other Requirements : Attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data. Effective communication skills.
