Job Title : Business Development Manager

Location : Remote (LATAM or Philippines Preferred)

Role Overview :

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and executing strategies to expand market presence. This role requires a self-motivated, results-driven individual with a passion for fostering growth and a strong track record of success in business development and sales.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Business Development :

Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve growth in target markets.
  • Lead Generation and Sales :

    • Generate leads through networking, research, and outreach campaigns.

  • Qualify prospects and guide them through the sales pipeline to closure.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and pitches.
  • Relationship Management :

    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Collaboration :

    • Work with internal teams such as marketing, product, and operations to align on strategies.

  • Provide feedback on market trends to refine products or services and improve strategies.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting :

    • Set and achieve revenue and growth targets.

  • Prepare reports on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
