Remote from Spain | Full-Time | Permanent Contract

We’re assembling a senior team to support the development of a digital platform aimed at empowering smarter, data-driven decision-making in agriculture. Key features include crop planning, yield optimization, and resource management.

We’re seeking autonomous, senior backend developers with strong technical expertise and a product-oriented mindset.

Must-Have Skills

Advanced Python.
Knowledge of Golang.
Strong experience with AWS (especially DynamoDB).
Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS SAM)
Robust testing practices (unit / integration, TDD).
Git-based workflows (e.g., GitHub).

Nice-to-Haves

Strategic thinking and product mindset.

Business acumen and ability to collaborate with stakeholders.

Long-term projects.

Full-time (40h / week).
