Our opportunity

The Front Office Specialist is responsible for acting as the System Administrator and Subject Matter Expert for Bloomberg AIM (Front Office Investment System). This includes performing daily operational tasks to ensure Bloomberg AIM is fully operational according to globally defined standards and processes. Additionally, the role involves supporting problem-solving processes by managing information flow between the customer and Bloomberg.

Your role

As a Front Office Specialist , your main responsibilities will involve :

  • Acting as system owner and primary contact between Zurich and Bloomberg.
  • Building and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of all system and business processes related to Bloomberg AIM, sharing this knowledge with team members and Bloomberg AIM users across the group.

Your Skills and Experience

As a Front Office Specialist, your skills and qualifications should ideally include :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or Finance.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Solid knowledge of Investment Management, including traditional and non-traditional instruments.
  • Good business and data analysis skills with the ability to generate detailed business requirements.
  • Ability to work well in a team, as well as independently managing smaller projects with minimal guidance.
