What you do

You will have the opportunity to engage in large-scale and cross-functional audits while acquiring in-depth knowledge of the business and enhancing your personal development in a multicultural work environment. A Senior Auditor is considered a seasoned professional who requires minimal supervision and can support the lead auditor in managing less experienced auditors.

Your people skills will be valuable in collaborating with various audit managers and region heads overseeing your assigned projects. You may also be asked to provide context to audit findings during follow-up reviews to ensure timely implementation of recommendations.

Other related work

Additional tasks may be assigned by the Head of Internal Audit, Head of Audit Practice, or the overseeing Audit Practice Head.

Key Responsibilities

  • Examine the effectiveness of risk management, control, governance, and operational efficiency, documenting work with relevant comments and references.
  • Communicate effectively with the audit team and management regarding findings, recommendations, risks, and impacts.
  • Conduct meetings efficiently, including planning, interviews, closing, and post-audit reviews.
  • Ensure management action plans address risks properly, collaborating with lead auditors and senior management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Heads of Functions and local CEOs.
  • Enhance team skills through coaching and knowledge transfer.
  • Support administrative tasks such as risk assessments, audit planning, and preparing work programs.

What you bring

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Audit.
  • A high-energy, proactive attitude and enthusiasm.
  • Comfort with international travel, including business class flights for trips over 5 hours.
  • Extensive experience with interview techniques, auditing, project management, or risk management.
  • Proficiency in MS-Office and a drive to explore new technologies.
  • Strong data mining and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university.
  • A continuous learning mindset and curiosity about business changes.
  • Audit certifications are a plus.
