Mercier Consultancy invites applications for the role of Spanish Speaking Support Specialist at our dynamic Online Travel Agency. In this exciting position, you will serve as the primary support contact for our Spanish-speaking customers, helping them navigate their travel inquiries and bookings with ease and professionalism. Your main duties will involve addressing customer questions, resolving issues in a timely manner, and providing guidance on our online platform. Responsibilities

Provide exceptional support to Spanish-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat
Assist customers with travel bookings, itinerary changes, and other travel-related services
Identify and resolve client issues efficiently to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Assist clients in navigating our online booking system and address any technical queries
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback to improve services
Work with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues when necessary
Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to provide relevant information to clients

Requirements

Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken

Prior experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in the travel industry

Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer resolution

Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Comfortable using online technology and booking systems

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

A genuine interest in travel and assisting clients in planning their journeys

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required
