We are looking for a
SCCM Support Technician (Level 1 / 1.5)
to join our team for a multinational leader in the
technology sector
Key Responsibilities :
Provide technical support to users in a corporate environment.
Install, update, and troubleshoot software.
Manage users and groups in
Active Directory
Register and follow up incidents using
ServiceNow
Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex issues.
Maintain systems and devices using
SCCM
Create basic reports and monitor tasks using Office tools.
Skills : Essential :
Advanced knowledge of
Windows 10 and 11
Experience in technical support (N1 / N1.5).
Basic knowledge of
SCCM
Familiar with
Active Directory
administration (creating groups, managing permissions, etc.).
Basic understanding of
Excel
and the Microsoft Office suite.
Experience using
ServiceNow
or similar ticketing tools.
Professional English level (B2 minimum).
