That's why we're expanding our Customer Success department and looking for a Spanish / English-speaking Customer Success Manager. Our mission is to have the most satisfied customers, and we are looking for a strong relationship-builder to join our team and take care of our Spanish / EU clients.

Your key responsibilities will be to :

  • Implement and onboard new customers
  • Help our customers to use Teamtailor to its full potential, with everything from integrations in our marketplace to best practices and training opportunities
  • Work as a strategic advisor & being goal-oriented for our customers
  • Work proactively with renewals
  • Build strong relationships
  • Find new business opportunities with our existing portfolio customers, in the form of expansion sales, upselling / cross-selling
  • Track customer accounts to identify churn risk and work actively to prevent them
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback and present it internally
  • Collaborate to develop and improve ways of working with customer satisfaction

  • Experience in SaaS
  • Experience in HR or Recruiting
  • Customer Success Experience
  • Experience in project leading, especially complex projects
  • Communication, listening, collaboration, adaptability, empathy, and negotiation skills
  • Engaged, creative, and solution-oriented
  • Have the mindset willing to learn and try new things
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and rapidly-changing market
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Extra plus for other languages
