We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to help us unlock growth across the entire user journey — from acquisition to retention — through product experimentation and data insights.
You'll work closely with product, marketing, CRM, design, and engineering teams to identify growth opportunities, test hypotheses, and optimize the experience for both users and chefs.
Analyze product usage data to uncover friction points and growth opportunities
Propose new features, flows, or UX changes in collaboration with product and design
Work with CRM and marketing teams to align user onboarding, nurturing, and re-engagement strategies
3+ years in a growth, product, or analytics role within tech or digital-first companies
Strong hands-on experience with Amplitude and HubSpot
Fluent in Spanish and English – you'll work with both local and global teams
Experience running A / B tests and interpreting data to inform decisions
Know the basics of SQL or use no-code tools like Airtable, Zapier, Retool, etc.
