What we are looking for

We are looking to hire a finance manager with excellent organizational and analytical skills. Finance managers are expected to be detail-oriented, knowledgeable on statistics, have strong problem-solving skills, and an investigative nature. To ensure success, finance managers should have a deep commercial awareness, strong numeracy skills, and a keen interest in the growth, efficiency, and profitability of an organization.

Main Responsibilities

Build and manage the ERP landscape in alignment with business needs from a financial perspective, including processes such as month-end close, expense management, order-to-cash, record-to-report, and procure-to-pay.
Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that effectively leverage NetSuite, integrating financial controlling needs into the ERP system while ensuring compliance and accurate reporting.
Optimize business processes within the ERP system to eliminate manual workflows, mitigate risks, and effectively communicate updates to all relevant stakeholders.
Plan, organize, and execute financial tasks and projects for the organization.
Maintain strong internal controls over financial reporting.
Assist internal teams and upper management by preparing accurate financial reports, analyzing accounting data, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and managing change to optimize NetSuite usage.
Oversee all financial control activities, including the review and analysis of monthly and quarterly figures and disclosures.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance.

Knowledge of HGB or IFRS.

Minimum 5 years of work experience in Finance / Controlling / Accounting.

NetSuite Certifications are desirable but not mandatory.

Experience in gathering business requirements from both technical & business-oriented partners, providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs, writing detailed functional specifications for development of custom programs, testing and post go-live support.

Solid end-to-end understanding of Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report.

Experience and knowledge of internal controls, compliance, and security.
