Descripción del trabajo

DESCRIPTION

In the EU, we continue to observe an unprecedented wave of legislation that impacts the Selling Partner (SP) experience, constrains selection, and jeopardizes growth. This increases the complexity and cost of selling in the EU and makes compliance the primary barrier to SP launches in the region.

As a Sr Risk Manager in EU3P Compliance programs, you will define the strategy and execution plans to programmatically scale a high-visibility and complex tax or trade compliance program across the EU and UK. You will influence cross-VP organizations to :

  • Define the seller experience and engagement programs to increase compliance
  • Shape the risk appetite for executive leadership
  • Design and implement the seller enforcement and regain strategy for EU and UK marketplaces
  • Design, implement, and lead simplification initiatives
  • Support defining auditing strategies to continuously identify remaining risks and develop mitigations

The ideal candidate is motivated, agile, has experience in risk management, compliance, or auditing, and possesses strong project management skills. This opportunity requires excellent troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
