We are looking for a positive and motivated person to give technical support to our customers. Provide 1 st and 2 nd level support to small and medium-sized enterprise customers via phone, e-mail, and remote maintenance
Create documentation and checklists, and maintain the Knowledge Database
Good Windows 10 and Office 365 skills; Experience in Windows user support
The ability to work independently, customer-oriented thinking, and high quality standards
Native / Fluent level of German (at least B2) , good level of English.
