About the Role

As an Engineering Manager , you will play a key role in building and nurturing a high-performing team , fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration . You will oversee technical execution, project delivery, and team growth , ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

Leadership & Team Development

Lead and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring growth, motivation, and alignment with company goals.
Foster a culture of learning, experimentation, and innovation , driving best practices in development.
Conduct goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions to support team development.
Collaborate with product teams to attract, hire, and retain top engineering talent .

Project Delivery & Execution

Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they meet timelines and quality standards .

Optimize task allocation and resources to maximize efficiency and team performance.

Proactively identify risks and roadblocks , ensuring timely solutions and decision-making.

Technical Strategy & Guidance

Provide technical leadership , ensuring engineering best practices are followed.

Maintain a deep understanding of the tech stack , contributing to technical discussions and decisions.

Collaborate with senior leadership to define the technical roadmap and strategic initiatives .

Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on solutions, tools, and development standards.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.

Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills .

Ability to balance business needs with technical decisions .

Experience with goal-setting, performance management, and team development .

Familiarity with DevOps and cloud-based environments is a plus.
