What you’ll be doing
- Positive Interactions : Engage in positive and understanding conversations with customers, ensuring they feel heard and supported until all questions and concerns are resolved.
- Keep Records Updated : Maintain accurate customer records, including reasons for contact, solutions provided, follow‑up actions, and any other relevant information to enhance our service quality.
- Support Our Community : Provide exceptional support to our drivers and passengers via phone, email, and digital channels, logging and managing all issues and needs according to processes and guidelines.
- Achieve Goals : Deliver efficient and productive support to meet service levels (SLA) and contact‑centre KPIs.
- Live Our Values : Embrace and reflect the values of our client and CPM in daily work, following all policies, EU legal frameworks, and local regulations.
Requirements
Fluent Flemish : Confident communicating in Flemish, both written and spoken.English Communication : Comfortable in English for an international team.Customer‑First Mindset : Love helping people and solving problems over phone or email.Tech‑Savvy : Comfortable with MS Office and able to pick up new tools quickly.Organised & Motivated : Stay organised and deliver quality service even when busy.Eligibility : Eligible to work in Spain.Benefits
