FundRock LIS S.A. as part of Apex Group is a successful third-party AIFM headquartered in Luxembourg, delivering fund solutions to world-renowned investment managers and fund initiators. We focus on private equity, real estate, infrastructure, and debt asset classes. With more than 100 professionals and over 200 alternative investment funds (AIF) on our platform, we are today the leading third-party AIFM in the private funds space in Luxembourg.

We are currently looking for a Senior Operational Due Diligence Officer to support our Luxembourg department in charge of Due Diligences on Fund Administrators, Depositaries, Marketing entities.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Execution of due diligence (initial / ongoing) oversight reviews on the Fund Administrators, Depositary Banks, and Marketing entities, including questionnaire and standard pack documentation review, ISAE 3402 control reports for understanding the business model and control framework;
  • Prepare assessment reports on service providers and escalate key findings to the Head of Operational Due Diligence;
  • Assist with updating key internal control templates, including the due diligence oversight dashboard and shared database;
  • Conduct on-site and remote sessions to address and remediate due diligence findings;
  • Prepare fund’s board reports within specified timelines;
  • Liaise with internal teams to improve the control framework quality;
  • Support ad hoc projects.

Skills Required :

  • Academic degree, preferably in Finance or Economics;
  • Keen to develop knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to financial services;
  • Strong analytical, communication, and commercial awareness skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office;
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
