Ensure Demand planning processes are completed in line with expectations (KPI's)

Work closely with Supply planning to manage issues and escalations.

Work with Product management to timely implement product launches, phase over, product packaging changes and phase out decisions.

Work with Sales to ensure the best possible data is placed in the system.

Work with the sales / marketing / product management teams to define the sales FC for the regular product range and new products / business.

Ensure best possible data estimation for sales and ensure best possible customer information and data is reflected in planning. Dimension new developments in relation to market situation and product changes.

Ensure effective communication of relevant changes in demand to the supply planning team

  • Allocation management for bottleneck materials. Align best solution and communicate with steak holders.

Coordination of phase-in / out process inclusive supply transfers in terms of sales FC.

  • Enhance existing demand planning tool with new functionality, easier to use, ...

    • Support the sales team with additional tools to manage customer feedback on demand planning issues.

    Redefine the existing demand planning process to optimize FC accuracy.

    Education / Experience :

  • Degree in engineering supply chain / demand planning specialization.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the areas of sales forecasting, delivery, or distribution.
  • Product range knowledge - beneficial.

    • Skills / knowledge :

  • Good people management skills : Able to manage the expectations and limits of the sales and supply team, able to manage and resolve conflicts of interest.
  • Strong analytical skill. Understanding the flows of information and interconnections of the systems and the possible issues and data drops. Interpreting complex data into a simple and understandable conclusions and actions.
  • Excellent Excel skills, enjoying numbers, logic, and analytical thinking, reporting tools (BW, APO DP, SAP, Celonis)
  • Good negotiating skills and your interpersonal skills
  • Delegating skills and clear actions
  • English fluently written / spoken is a must.
