We are looking for a passionate Innovation Analyst to join our team in Madrid’s ROADIS Headquarters.

Key responsibilities :

Are you passionate about innovation and eager to make a difference? We are seeking a dedicated Innovation Analyst to join our dynamic team at Roadis Headquarters in Madrid.

• Establish relationships with the innovation ecosystem and all its stakeholders.
• Coordinate and oversee various projects and initiatives within the Open Innovation framework to foster collaboration and drive innovation.
• Develop strategic partnerships with startups, academic institutions, and corporate partners to enhance the innovation pipeline.
• Organize and participate in industry events, workshops, and networking sessions to stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the innovation ecosystem.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among internal teams and external collaborators to support the continuous growth and success of innovation efforts.
• Provide support and guidance, fostering strong relationships with diverse local business units to drive business innovation.
• Contribute to the design and delivery of tailored workshops using innovation methodologies such as Design Thinking and Lean.
• Collaborate on horizontal innovation projects within the department.
• Contribute to the development of the yearly innovation plan and the long-term Roadis Innovation Strategy.
