We are seeking a Technical Sales Engineer with a background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and experience in selling industrial equipment installation and relocation services . This role is ideal for a mid-level sales professional familiar with the Romanian industrial market and comfortable with occasional international client interactions. Key Responsibilities : Client Development : Build and manage a client portfolio in Romania’s industrial sector, identifying and nurturing relationships with prospective clients. Market Engagement : Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business growth strategies. Sales Planning : Develop and track personal commercial plans, setting achievable targets and sales goals in alignment with business objectives. Quotation and Offer Estimation : Analyze project needs, estimate costs, and prepare client proposals, negotiating terms to close deals effectively.
