We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VIP technical support professional to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical assistance to our high-profile clients.

This role requires a strong understanding of Apple devices, home automation systems, and premium audiovisual solutions. You will work closely with our clients to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring seamless operation of their personal and home tech systems.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Delivering level 2 support to VIP users, providing responsive and discreet service
  • Maintaining and troubleshooting Apple devices (Mac, iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, etc.)
  • Managing and supporting home automation systems (e.g., KNX, Control4, Lutron, Crestron)
  • Optimizing audio and visual systems for premium in-home experiences (home theaters, projectors, smart screens, Hi-Fi speakers)
  • Contributing to custom technology projects aligned with executive needs
  • Identifying and resolving hardware, software, and network issues
  • Documenting technical procedures and solutions for future use
  • Traveling internationally as needed to provide on-site support

To succeed in this role, you will need :

  • 5-10 years of experience in VIP technical support (level 2), ideally in executive or high-profile environments
  • Strong technical knowledge of macOS, iOS, Windows, Apple device setup and support, networking (WiFi, LAN, VPN), smart home and automation platforms, and high-end audio / video systems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism in working with VIP users
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems efficiently
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Advanced English required
  • Degree in IT, Engineering, or related fields (Master's a plus)
