As an E2E Global Supply Chain Coordinator in the Global Specialties area, you will oversee and ensure the seamless execution of end-to-end operational processes. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, including Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) and supply planners, to maintain operational excellence, improve efficiencies, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products within the specialty pharmaceuticals domain.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor and manage end-to-end operational workflows across the Global Specialties area.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards throughout the operational process.
Partner with internal teams such as Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Quality, ESO, and Global Artwork Management to facilitate smooth operations.
Engage with external stakeholders to align operational goals.
Act as a liaison between teams, addressing and resolving operational challenges.
Coordinate with CMOs, Supply Network Planners, and ESO Purchasers on artwork creation and development, ensuring timely delivery.
Manage timelines and workflows related to packaging and labeling to prevent delays.
Oversee future changes and groupings in collaboration with Regulatory Department to ensure efficiency and reduce workload.
Lead initiatives to optimize processes, establish governance with stakeholders, and improve operational efficiency.
Implement best practices and innovative solutions to drive performance improvements.

EXPERIENCE

University degree in graphic design, packaging technology, business administration, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in end-to-end operations management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

Knowledge of regulatory requirements in packaging design, labeling, and artwork coordination.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience.

Detail-oriented and solution-focused working style.

Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
