As an E2E Global Supply Chain Coordinator in the Global Specialties area, you will oversee and ensure the seamless execution of end-to-end operational processes. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, including Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) and supply planners, to maintain operational excellence, improve efficiencies, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products within the specialty pharmaceuticals domain.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor and manage end-to-end operational workflows across the Global Specialties area.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards throughout the operational process.
  • Partner with internal teams such as Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Quality, ESO, and Global Artwork Management to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Engage with external stakeholders to align operational goals.
  • Act as a liaison between teams, addressing and resolving operational challenges.
  • Coordinate with CMOs, Supply Network Planners, and ESO Purchasers on artwork creation and development, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Manage timelines and workflows related to packaging and labeling to prevent delays.
  • Oversee future changes and groupings in collaboration with Regulatory Department to ensure efficiency and reduce workload.
  • Lead initiatives to optimize processes, establish governance with stakeholders, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to drive performance improvements.

EXPERIENCE

  • University degree in graphic design, packaging technology, business administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end operations management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in packaging design, labeling, and artwork coordination.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
  • Detail-oriented and solution-focused working style.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
