Engineering & Project Manager

We are looking for a BESS Engineering Projects Manager to lead large-scale battery energy storage projects for a top global energy company. This is a high-impact role for a seasoned professional with deep engineering expertise in BESS and strong project management experience, responsible for delivering complex projects safely, on time, and to the highest technical standards.

Lead the engineering design, integration, and commissioning of large-scale BESS projects.

Oversee project execution, managing timelines, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers to ensure excellence in delivery.

Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety protocols, and quality requirements.

Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies across the project lifecycle.

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (or other relevant degrees)

Hands-on experience with BESS systems from an engineering perspective.

Proven track record in project management of large-scale energy storage or renewable projects.

Fluent in Spanish and English.
