Our company is searching for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist who is fluent in German. This position is a unique opportunity to drive our hiring initiatives and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our workforce. As part of the recruitment team, you will focus on attracting and engaging top-quality candidates to meet our company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize, conduct, and follow up on calls and interviews with candidates
  • Evaluate applicants through aptitude assessments to identify ideal team matches
  • Support candidates throughout each stage of the recruitment process
  • Collaborate with the social media team to create engaging content and campaigns
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases

Skills and Qualifications

  • Native-level or fluent German (C1) and solid English proficiency (B2)
  • Previous experience in HR is an advantage
  • Familiarity with German labor law is a plus
  • Proficiency with standard PC and internet applications
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to ongoing learning
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently
