ARE YOU READY TO TAKE ON THE CHALLENGE?

Your responsibilities will include, among others :

• Deriving based-fact insights through the analysis of great variety of data sources to identify business challenges and opportunities, evaluate portfolio performance and identify course-correcting activities, assess commercial excellence initiatives and perform CRM analysis, among others.
• Developing, maintaining and continuous improving new reports / dashboards through Power BI tool including recurring key performance indicators to facilitate communication of operational performance for main strategic initiatives.
• Leading projects to improve data accuracy by optimizing established processes and implementing new analytics solutions. Responsible for data integration, harmonization and centralization.
• Facilitating the implementation of Sales Force strategy providing support for all Sales Force Effectiveness projects such as : Sales Incentive calculations, Payouts calculations / analysis, Segmentation & Targeting initiatives and analysis and HCP profiling, among other initiatives.
• Forge strong and efficient collaborations with cross-functional, multiexpert teams to align with their business needs and foster a data-centric culture by promoting understanding of data delivered through ad-hoc interactions and regular trainings
• Providing context of current market trends and evolving competitive landscape through secondary market research.
