Responsibilities :
- Lead high-impact projects aimed at enhancing passenger experiences, optimizing operational processes, and ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Collaborate closely with airport teams, flight operations, customer service, IT, and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure full compliance with airline service standards, regulatory requirements, and operational best practices.
- Drive cultural transformation by embedding a customer-first mentality across the organization.
Qualifications :
Must have 5+ years of experience in aviation, airport operations, or customer experience management, with a strong leadership background to guide cross-functional teams and drive results in high-pressure environments.Proven ability to optimize customer service strategies, balance operational and financial goals, and handle disruptions, ensuring seamless operations and enhanced passenger experience.Excellent communication skills in aligning teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring smooth collaboration across departments like Product, Digital, IT, and Customer Experience.A solution-oriented mindset, anticipating issues and making quick decisions to minimize disruptions while working efficiently under 24 / 7 operational conditions.Highly Valued Skills :
Experience with European LCC airlines and the ability to manage multiple tasks and challenges in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
