Description :

PROFILE : Backup Administrator (M / F)

Project information / tasks :

Administration of the Backup Service, which includes managing the Commvault, VEEAM, Avamar, Netbackup products

Installation, maintenance, upgrades, updates, debugging, and troubleshooting issues and failures.

Providing customer support and resolving client service requests.

Reporting, capacity management, automation, scripting, and other activities related to service maintenance.

Necessary

MUST HAVE :

knowledge of backup technologies

Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

NICE TO HAVE :

Certifications in relevant Backups technologies

Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems

Experience with scripting (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, Python)

knowledge of IBM and Quantum robots and DataDomain VTLs.

Authorized teleworking : Hybrid (Lisboa) : estimate 70% remote and 30% in person

Need to travel : No

Required languages : Portuguese

English & Other languages (nice to have)
