Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a certified Scrum Master who excels in building high-performing, cross-functional self-organizing teams and driving the implementation of Large Scale Scrum (LeSS) across the product organization.

This is the chance to collaborate with forward-thinking leaders and shape a sustainable, transparent, and continuously learning product organization.

What You’ll Do

• Develop high-performing cross-functional teams to deliver maximum value to the customer. Guiding principle : customer-centricity.
• Assist in aligning product goals, organizational capabilities, structure, and processes in the organization. Guiding principle : system thinking.
• Continuously inspect flow efficiency, identify systemic issues, and initiate their resolution. Guiding principle : continuous improvement.
• Share and communicate principles and company values to newcomers. Guiding principle : lead by example.
