Descripción del trabajoBachelors degree in Accounting or a related discipline. 4+ years of relevant experience in accounting and tax services. Strong technical, advisory, and client management expertise. EA or CPA designation (current, in progress, or willingness to obtain certification). Advanced preparation and review skills in one or more of the following industries : Construction, Real Estate, High Net Worth, Manufacturing & Distribution. Proficiency with tools like CCH Axcess and GFR is preferred.
About the Opportunity :
Our client, a well-established regional accounting and advisory firm, is seeking a Tax Supervisor to join their expanding team. This hybrid / remote role is ideal for seasoned accounting professionals with strong interpersonal, supervisory, and organizational skills who thrive in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and review tax compliance and advisory work for a diverse client base, including high-net-worth individuals, trusts, partnerships, and corporations.
- Provide technical advice and develop comprehensive solutions based on in-depth research and analysis.
- Help clients assess and understand the tax implications of business operations and transactions across multiple jurisdictions.
- Manage and monitor task workflows, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Oversee and coordinate the daily responsibilities of Staff and Tax Seniors.
- Communicate regularly with Partners regarding work status and client issues.
- Train, mentor, and supervise tax staff, fostering their professional growth.
- Manage and provide guidance to an off-shore accounting team.
