Social Media Content Creator

We're looking for a charismatic on-camera personality based in Málaga (or willing to relocate) who can bring ideas to life on video and audio. If you're the kind of person who thrives in front of the camera, can carry an engaging podcast conversation, and make B2B content feel like entertainment — keep reading.

You'll become the face and voice of Plytix , hosting vlogs, videos, and podcasts that showcase our brand, our people, and our ideas in a way that's smart, bold, and fun to follow.

This role is perfect for someone with native-level English (or a delightfully charming accent) and a knack for storytelling, interviewing, and building a connection with viewers and listeners.

• Due to the high number of applicants, we will only consider applicants who include a video presentation in their application. Plytix is the world's leading Product Information Management (PIM) platform for Small and Medium-Sized Businesses (SMBs). Plytix PIM helps companies store and organize product information ranging from descriptions and images to prices, and other specifications, in one place. Essentially, it's a handy tool that makes managing and updating product data a whole lot easier.

As our On-camera Content Creator, you'll lead content creation and channel strategy for Plytix's brand. You'll be the voice of Plytix on social, helping us show up consistently, creatively, and on-brand.

Be the on-camera host for brand vlogs, interviews, explainer videos, and other scripted or semi-scripted content

Create original content (memes, reels, carousels, videos, etc.) tailored for TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube

Own the social content calendar and plan posts around product launches, campaigns, and trending conversations

Turn raw thoughts (voice notes, Slack messages, meeting nuggets) into compelling posts

Spot social trends early and adapt them to the world of ecommerce and PIM in a way that makes sense (and gets seen)

Collaborate with writers, designers, and video editors to bring multi-format content to life

Track and report on content performance—test, learn, and iterate

Make B2B social media feel like something people actually want to follow (and share)

You'll be fully onboarded, with a good grip on Plytix's brand voice, tone, and positioning. You'll have started posting content on our channels and experimenting with repurposing internal voices into public-facing posts.

You'll be managing our content calendars with confidence. You'll have consistent growth across platforms and be turning raw ideas from leadership into content that gets noticed (and shared).

You'll be leading our social brand with measurable success. You'll be part of our Marketing team, collaborating with writers and designers. Be based in Málaga (Spain) or open to relocating (if you like sunshine, it's worth it)

Have a native level of English, with excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.

Have 2+ years of social media experience, ideally in a B2B or founder-led brand

Have proven experience building and growing social channels

Be comfortable turning raw data like customer calls, voice memos, or bullet-point idea into a killer post

Know how to adapt content across channels (what works on LinkedIn ≠ TikTok ≠ IG)

Be self-motivated, creative, and able to manage projects from start to finish

Experience working with SaaS or ecommerce brands

Video editing skills or Capcut, Canva, Adobe tools, etc.)
