Responsibilities :

  • Development of briefs and campaign management
  • Daily communication with the client and coordination of teams
  • Organization and follow-up (timing and task management) of the production associated with each project or campaign as well as the various departments involved
  • Ensuring the agencys work aligns with the clients brief
  • Preparation and presentation of the agencys proposals to the client
  • Ensuring compliance with quality standards for digital assets
  • Analysis and monitoring of results from implemented digital initiatives as well as setting tracking KPIs
  • Execution of administrative procedures associated with the project
  • Collaboration on project execution with other internal departments
  • Reporting and performance follow-up

Requirements :

  • Education : Degree in Advertising Marketing Business Administration or related fields
  • Languages : High level of English / bilingual. The role involves managing an international project and daily communication with the client will be in English
  • Interest in a 9-month temporary project with the possibility of a permanent contract afterward
  • Knowledge of digital environments
  • Project planning and tracking
  • Budget and invoicing control
  • Between 3 and 5 years of experience in similar roles in digital agencies or consulting firms
