As a Nordic Speaking Freelance Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent for various consumer services roles across Europe. You will leverage your knowledge of the Nordic job markets and cultures to effectively bridge the gap between candidates and clients. Your expertise will aid in building lasting relationships with both clients and job seekers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process that emphasizes the importance of language and cultural fit. Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates for various consumer service roles in the Nordic region.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit for respective positions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and company culture.
• Provide expert guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including resume tips and interview preparation.
• Utilize diverse recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, and networking to identify potential candidates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment strategies with client objectives and market trends.
• Maintain accurate records of candidates, client interactions, and recruitment metrics using our CRM system.
